Housing Loan
Housing loan at SFL is arranged for those individuals who want to own their own house. The individual must be a Nepali citizen who is employed or have a regular source of income.
- the loan is provided for acquisition, construction, renovation or extension of home
- the loan is provided on EMI (Equal Monthly Installment) basis, depending on the client's requirement
- Interest is calculated on diminishing balance
- loan approved up to 70% of the cost or purchase price of the land/house/construction/renovation
